Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

Herbb Horse Rugs are Designed and Manufactured 100% in France. If you order before 12.00 noon Mon-Fri and the item is in stock we will dispatch the same day, however please allow extra time due to current delays.  All Herbb products are manufactured and dispatched from our facility here in Pays du La Loire, France and delivery is therefore International Delivery, Tracked & Signed for service. We will once available be able to offer the Mondial Relay Delivery option, which offers a competite delivery price, however, this is currently not available across the Channel.

Please note: If you reside in Europe, please refer to our French web site: www.herbb.fr  where all Herbb products are priced in Euros, and we can offer competitve priced delivery within Europe to all our customers from 6.50 Euros.

Will I have to pay new VAT Import Duties ? 

The new UK Government rules highlight that any items purchased up to £135.00 are NOT subjected to any import taxes when ordering outside of the UK,  however, importantly please note if your order value goes over this amount, inc. delivery, this will incur UK Import Duty charges of 20% plus handling charges, which will be payable by you the customer in the UK. This is beyond our control and the new Government requirements following Brexit trade arrangements. We would recommend to divide your rug orders, so you do not incur this extra import charge.

Importantly also to note, as each Herbb product is designed and made 100% in France, the Country of Origin, this complies with the new "proof of origin" requirement. This enables streamlined purchasing for you the horse owner residing in the United Kingdom. 

Please note delivery costs have risen since Brexit and due to increasing fuel costs, subsequently our couriers have increased delivery rates to currently 14.95 for International Tracked Service, this is beyond our control.  We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched (please remember to check your spam/junk folders). Orders placed after 12.00 noon will be processed the following working day ie; Mon-Fri.

Please note if we have a delivery offer of a certain value and you have ordered more than one item, the order will be sent as one parcel once all items are ready for dispatch to your chosen delivery address.

During Seasonal holidays, and the current delays with post, please allow for some postal delays.  We cannot guarantee this timescale, as sometimes transport delays are unforseen. However we do our best to ensure you receive within this timescale wherever possible and can always provide a tracking number for each item dispatched.

International/ Worldwide Delivery:

We send Herbb products Worlwide using our dedicated International courier, which can be tracked.  Actual delivery costs are calculated at the checkout stage and depend on overall weight, country, and also take into account any special offers we may have running at the time of order.  Our Post and packing charges are based at actual cost rate for courier delivery from our operating facility here in Pays du la Loire, France.

Returns:

All Herbb products are Designed and Manufactured 100%  in Pays du La Loire, France to a high standard of quality. Each product prior to dispatch is strictly Quality Controlled checked for quality of workmanship and size as per order.

Your rights to return goods are protected under Consumer Rights.

Unspoiled goods can be returned within 14 days to us if required and to return you must do so at your own cost, with proof of purchase and posting. Please note sales items are NON-Refundable.  However, we cannot accept exchanges. Please note if you have made an error with the size and would like to exchange your rug for another size, this is no longer possible. If you require an alternative size you will need to order seperately.

In the unlikely case of a manufacturing fault on a product is found, and you do need to return any item to us you must do so at your own cost within 7 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in it's original packaging. The purchaser must pay the postage to return. An exchange or refund will be offered in part if applicable. If you have received damaged or faulty goods you must notify us in writing or by email within 3 working days. 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled at any time up to the point of dispatch for in stock items, or prior to commencement of manufacture. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us as soon as possible by using our contact form or by telephone quoting your order number. Once your order has been cancelled you will receive a full refund within 3-5 days.

Refunds:

Sale items are non-refundable. A part refund will be offered for non faulty goods, on full price items, however the item(s) must be returned in perfect and saleable condition (e.g. no horse hair), in its original packaging and is at our discretion. A part refund if applicable will be issued by the original payment method, to the part value of the item or the order, whichever applies.
